Hastelloy C276 offers unparalleled corrosion resistance for chemical processing, marine and pollution-control industries.
Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276) is a low-carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten, and is the most universally corrosion-resistant alloy in common industrial use. It withstands both oxidising and reducing media, wet chlorine, hypochlorite, sulphuric and hydrochloric acids, and resists pitting, crevice attack and chloride stress-corrosion cracking.
