Zirconium 702 (UNS R60702) is commercially pure zirconium with excellent resistance to hydrochloric, sulphuric, nitric, phosphoric and organic acids as well as strong alkalis, over a wider concentration range than titanium or stainless steel. It is the standard grade for acetic acid, urea and hydrochloric acid plant equipment.
